The Cordon Bleu, our multi-cuisine restaurant serves you the authentic local delicacies from the Vembanadu lake - 'Karimeen Pollichathu' (local fish wrapped in banana leaves straight from the pan) Prawns, Crabs, Oysters and a variety of products fresh from the lake. The spicy chicken - ‘Kozhi Varutharachathu’ and the ‘Syrian Christian duck Roast’ are the traditional local favorites. The Lake side Barbeque is our open kitchen by the lake side where you can interact with our chef and enjoy our Grill menu while watching the sunset and the flocks of birds flying home.
