I, we us, ours etc. represent either EcoTourismIndia.com, YogaAyurveda.com or MedicalTourism.net, collectively or singly, according to the type of franchise chosen; and ‘you, yours, their’ etc. denotes one who is applying for a franchise with us, or one who has already applied for a franchise with us or one who has got a franchise from us.

1. Tourists, Travelers and Others who approach you should be channeled through, and their business should be forwarded through EcoTourismIndia.com, YogaAyurveda.com, MedicalTourism.net (whichever is applicable) only.

2. The no.of clients and their needs should be uploaded to our website database immediately, as and when a client approaches you.. You are also required to intimate by e-mail and other means, instructed by us from time to time.

3. You are required to educate the clients approaching you regarding our company/companies, its activities and the advantages that they get through us.

4. Any attempt towards malpractice on any of the Terms & Conditions will result in immediate termination of the Franchise granted to you. The security amount given to us will not be given back in such an eventuality.

5. (a) The telephone numbers, mobile nos., fax nos. & other contact details purchased by you and used for the Franchise of the company, will be the sole property of our company, namely EcoTourismIndia.com, YogaAyurveda.com & MedicalTourism.net or whichever is applicable in your case.

(b) You are to state beforehand the contact details that you are using. The stated numbers & details should only be used for marketing and other promotional and operational efforts.

6. We will try to find, to the best of our ability, how a client came to know about us.

If it is found that a client, who is approaching us directly, came to know about us first through you; then we will be intimating you of the same as well as forwarding you a commission.

7. We reserve the right to cancel any franchise at any time without stating any reasons whatsoever. In such a situation, we will give back the security amount subject to the condition that you have not done any malpractices or anything harmful to the interests of the company or you have not done anything against the rules and regulations of our company.

8. Terms & Conditions are liable to change from time to time without prior notice. The latest Terms & Conditions displayed in our website will be the final one binding you.
